I am.....

Merica Esson Patterson....a young, outgoing, strong, entrepreneur who has always had a passion for fashion…. As a child, Merica would draw, color, and cut out clothes for her paper dolls and dress them in stylish designs. At the age of 13, Merica bought her first sewing machine and taught herself how to sew. From Jersey dresses to now luxury gowns and stunning studded jeans, Merica have made her mark in the fashion world. Now 24 years old, her signatures are chains and studs to add glam to her upscale, classy garments. Merica designs Women, Men, and Children clothing and do alterations to give her clients the perfect fit. She does custom designing so that her clients have the luxury of having unique styles. The Merica trademark, which is her name with a "Rose" for the "I" is symbolic for her little sister name Rose who plans to follow in Merica footsteps as a prominent designer. Merica have a Taxation Degree, Food Handling Certification, associates degree in Marketing, a bachelors degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Marketing, and currently completing on her doctorates degree in Psychology. Merica have a profession in Corporate level Advertising, Professional Hair and Nail design, Promotion and Planning of Events, Public Speaking, the "Merica Cares" foundation, financial planning, the clothing line “Merica”, www.mericapatterson.com, and much more.... Merica resides in Michigan but plans to market her designs all over the world. From school to retail to fashion, Merica does it all and remains humble and thankful of all her blessings!
